i will not isssue a refund unless you cancel your order before i have started the sketch
-work completion requires up to 7-12 DAYS after sketch/ draft is approved by client
-final will be sent to client via email, please provide what email you would like me to contact you with in your note

ARTIST RIGHTS
by commissioning me you are purchasing my labor and a digital copy of your work, i am not required nor did i promise i would provide and ship a physical copy to you, i retain all the rights to my work to use the image as a sample, self promotion on my social media and i reserve the right to use rejected elements from the commissioner for personal use or future commissions.
CLIENT RIGHTS
clients will receive exclusive usage rights to the commissioned work for personal use. what entails personal usage? you can display on social media accounts for promotional purposes as long as there is no monetary gain, this usage includes but is not limited to, pfp, banners, and posts. you may not print and frame the commissioned work to sell but you may print for your own personal space. you can resize for or crop but you cannot alter the work itself. if you would like the commission to be private and not shared you need to discuss with me beforehand.
